- Free Shipping in Denmark: All orders within Denmark are shipped free of charge, fully insured, and tracked for your peace of mind.
- Trusted Carriers: We work with PostNord and GLS to guarantee secure, on-time delivery.
- Transparent Pricing: Import duties, VAT, and insurance are always included in your order price. Any applicable international shipping fees are clearly shown at checkout.

Delivery Times
Denmark
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
- Delivery Time: 1–2 business days after shipping.
- Tracking: You will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details. Packages are delivered to your nearest PostNord or GLS service point and can be collected within two weeks.
Europe (EU and UK)
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
- Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after shipping.
- Tracking: Orders are shipped via GLS to service point or with full door-to-door tracking with a small extra fee.

- Engagement & Wedding Jewellery: Made-to-order with an approximate delivery time of 36 weeks. Please check the estimated delivery date before purchase.
